I can't get my nest online

Ethernet (NeST screen will display "E")

i. If using Ethernet, make sure you plug in ethernet before powering on the NeST.  Try powering off, wait 15 seconds and turn back on.

ii. Send your IT department the ethernet MacAddress to whitelist our device to the network.


WiFi
(NeST screen will display "W")

i. Did you enter credentials correctly on the web portal?

ii. WiFi could take up to 5 minutes to switch over.

iii. Send your IT department the WiFi MacAddress to whitelist our device to the network.


Cellular (NeST screen will display "C", or nothing on NeST 2.0)

i. Cellular is not intended to be used for your broadcast. Expect data delays and signal drops if using this.

ii. This is less than 4G and was only intended to setup NeST to WiFi hours before games.

iii. If this is your only option: power off, wait 15 seconds, and power back on. Repeat if still not connecting.

Data not showing up in software

i. Check the app and/or the NeST screen to make sure you see data.

ii. Double check the integration pages here to ensure you followed the setup steps correctly.

NEST SCREEN IS BLANK

i. If you use the wrong power supply, the motherboard could get fried. Contact support to order a replacement NeST for $75.
